Alan has a wealth of commercial property management experience. Prior to joining Profile he oversaw the running of in-house retail and office portfolios for Legal and General and Grosvenor Estates whilst with CB Richard Ellis.

Russell Heath BSc(Hons) MRICS

Russell joined Profile Consultancy in Summer 2003. Having worked in the Property Department of Halfords, Russell joined Vision Express in 1999, becoming UK Property Manager dealing with Property Management, acquisition, disposal and refurbishment. His enthusiasm for service charge issues resulted in him becoming Vice-Chair of the PMA Shopping Centre Management Committee.
