He has wide ranging knowledge, especially in the areas of defects and dilapidations and considerable involvement in dispute/expert witness instructions for a wide range of Clients

Phil joined Profile in early 2003, prior to which he had some 16 years experience covering most aspects of building consultancy in public and private sectors including 5 years at both Natwest and The Arcadia Group, with further time in private practice undertaking audits and specialist building consultancy work, he is becoming increasingly involved in the area of expert witness.

Russell joined Profile Consultancy in Summer 2003. Having worked in the Property Department of Halfords, Russell joined Vision Express in 1999, becoming UK Property Manager dealing with Property Management, acquisition, disposal and refurbishment. His enthusiasm for service charge issues resulted in him becoming Vice-Chair of the PMA Shopping Centre Management Committee.
